Cameron established CCL Development in 2002. The company has undertaken a variety of small residential developments as well as providing specialist consulting on residential developments. Between 2004 and 2012, Cameron worked full time with Mulpha Norwest.

 

Now leading his own team of professional property specialists, Cameron and the CCL team continue to deliver outstanding quality developments.

2002— Current : Director CCL Development

Responsible for the investigation, envisioning, planning and delivery of project spanning across both New South Wales and Queensland. Cameron's extensive experience in his field has helped create highly regarded, livable community developments which exceed the expectations of the clients. 

 

2004—2012: Land Development Manager FKP and Norwest Land (Mulpha FKP Pty Ltd)

Responsible for the investigation, envisioning, planning and delivery of highly desirable living sustainable master planned urban communities and large scale urban developments which optimize profit and returns to the company. Projects include Bella Vista Waters (600 lots, $300M), Mulgoa Rise (600 lots, $220M), Beaumont Rise (168 lots, $60M), Norwest Business Park (150ha).

EXPERIENCE

MULGOA RISE, GLENMORE PARK NSW

Mulgoa Rise is a premium quality development which sits between national park and green corridors of Mulgoa and Glenmore Park. Cameron led the planning and design of the estate and was responsible for the commercial management of the development as well as playing a key role in a landowner group that negotiated the project co-operation agreement that underpins the co-operative development of the entire release area.  The result is a prestigious estate focussed on a spectacular entry experience over a bridge to a striking home that was designed to set a standard and double as a sales office.

BELLA VISTA WATERS NSW

Bella Vista Waters is a premium development in the north west of Sydney. Cameron was responsible for the delivery of stages 3 – 26 and the refinement of the masterplan over that time to become one of the most highly desirable, livable master-planned urban communities in NSW Sydney. This large scale urban development optimised profit and returns for the company and his management of similar projects including the above Mulgoa Rise, Norwest Business Park and Beaumont Rise was tailored to suit and deliver this outcome.

2002—2004: Project Director Housing Finance Investment Group

Responsible for all aspects of the Minto Renewal Project (now One Minto) including delivery of the Council Approved Masterplan, Joint Venture Project Delivery Arrangements and co-ordination of the Department of Housing Activities during the planning, relocation and demolition stages. One Minto covers the redevelopment of an existing 1000 home Public Housing Estate and the building of a new revitalised community.

MINTO NSW

(Now Minto One) Minto was once a poorly planned suburb with a dated housing presence. Cameron led the process from project initiation through the early phase of relocations to re-create a vibrant community with renewed infrastructure and housing in one of Sydney’s most troubled and dysfunctional suburbs. To achieve this, he was responsible for delivery of Council Approved Masterplan, Joint Venture Project Delivery Arrangements and co-ordination of the department of Housing Activities during the planning, relocation and demolition stages. One Minto covers the redevelopment of an existing 1000 home Pubic Housing Estate and the building of a new revitalised community.

1996—2002: Development Manager—Taylor Woodrow

Responsible for management of Taylor Woodrow’s NSW Developments (2500 lots at Harrington Park and 500 lots at Highcroft

HARRINGTON PARK NSW

Harrington Park has led the market in innovation, high quality parks and streetscapes and housing controls which resulted in recognition through multiple awards from UDIA, PIA and other bodies. Cameron was the development manager during the delivery of around 700 lots in two villages and the rezoning as well as planning of the third village.

1995—1996 Project Manager—J.Wyndham Prince

Responsible for the delivery of the Cascades—700 lot subdivision developed and delivered in under 2 years on behalf of Bradcorp.
