Cameron Lamb
Founder & Director, CCL Development
Cameron is the founder and driving force behind CCL Development, a specialist property development company committed to creating thoughtful, high-quality communities. With over 25 years’ experience across residential, medium density, and commercial developments, Cameron has shaped some of NSW’s most recognised and successful urban projects.

Since establishing CCL Development in 2002, Cameron has led the delivery of a wide range of projects, spanning master planned estates, boutique subdivisions, and specialist consulting engagements. His leadership combines strategic foresight, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of place-making and community development.

Before launching CCL, Cameron held senior roles at Taylor Woodrow and Mulpha Norwest, where he oversaw major developments including Bella Vista Waters, Mulgoa Rise, and One Minto. These projects showcase his ability to turn complex visions into thriving, sustainable neighbourhoods.

Cameron is a respected leader in the property sector, known for his collaborative style, strong industry relationships, and commitment to delivering results with integrity. Today, he continues to guide the CCL team with passion, purpose, and a clear vision: to develop places people love to live.
Bruce Van Niekerk
Director, Business & Development
Bruce is a dynamic and commercially minded property leader with over 20 years of experience across development, construction, and consultancy environments. As Director, Business and Development at CCL Development, Bruce brings a strategic, hands-on approach to project delivery while also overseeing business operations and team leadership.

Bruce’s career spans senior roles across the property lifecycle. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Projects at MacroPlan Dimasi, leading multidisciplinary development and urban planning projects across Australia. Prior to this, he held leadership roles, including National Operations Manager and Business Development Manager, where he drove growth, client engagement, and operational excellence across major construction and property portfolios.

With deep experience in project strategy, financial management, stakeholder alignment, and operational leadership, Bruce plays a critical role at CCL in ensuring development outcomes are not only delivered but optimised. He is known for his calm and pragmatic leadership style, his ability to unite teams and disciplines, and his commitment to delivering meaningful places that add long-term value to communities.
Leanne Saade
Assistant Development Manager
Leanne is a highly motivated property professional known for her strong communication skills and strategic mindset. With a Bachelor of Property Economics and a diverse background spanning development, leasing, valuations, and marketing, she brings a unique combination of technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the team.
Leanne thrives in dynamic environments and is known for her clear communication, strategic thinking, and solutions-focused approach. She brings a natural ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong working relationships with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders alike.
Her experience in both large-scale property groups and agency settings has shaped her as a confident, well-rounded team member who brings energy, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset to every project.
Amy Parkinson
Finance Manager
Amy is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience managing complex financial operations across the property, hospitality, and local government sectors. She is known for her analytical mindset, structured approach, and ability to bring clarity and commercial focus to every aspect of financial management.

Detail oriented, systems-savvy, she excels at identifying trends, reconciling data, and translating numbers into clear, actionable insights that support informed decision making across the business.

Amy works closely with the Development team to ensure CCL’s financial systems are robust, transparent, and aligned with project outcomes. With a calm and solutions-focused style, Amy plays a critical role in supporting CCL’s continued growth and operational excellence.
